Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments

We understand life happens, and your first late cancellation or missed appointment will be met with grace.

After the first occurrence, late cancellations and no-shows will follow a progressive reservation fee structure based on the service time reserved:

  • 1st occurrence: Grace extended — no charge
  • 2nd occurrence: 20% of reserved services
  • 3rd occurrence: 40% of reserved services
  • 4th occurrence: 60% of reserved services
  • 5th occurrence: 80% of reserved services
  • 6th occurrence: 100% of reserved services

After repeated missed appointments or late cancellations, Salon 31 may kindly release future booking privileges.

This is never our desire, but it allows us to protect the livelihood of our artists, the flow of our salon, and the availability of appointments for guests waiting to be served.

LATE APPOINTMENT POLICY

We want to make sure that all our clients have the opportunity to receive services. We understand that sometimes life is unpredictable, and so we allow for a 15 minute grace period for late arrival in case you are unexpectedly delayed. If you think you are going to be late, please call us so that we can adjust our schedule. Please understand that if you are late, we will charge 50% of the service amount and require that you rebook your appointment.
