CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to better serve all of our clients we ask you to cancel before 24 hours. Failure to cancel before 24 hours will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of services booked. Later than 15 minutes to may require rescheduling with a cancelation fee of 50% of services not able to perform.
Failure to show " No show" to your appointment will charge your card 100% of appointment booked.
LATE APPOINTMENT POLICY
We want to make sure that all our clients have the opportunity to receive services. We understand that sometimes life is unpredictable, and so we allow for a 15 minute grace period for late arrival in case you are unexpectedly delayed. If you think you are going to be late, please call us so that we can adjust our schedule. Please understand that if you are late, we will charge 50% of the service amount and require that you rebook your appointment.
